Bio BMP2 is CHO cell expressed BMP2 with an optimal concentration of rhBP2 mixed in a high viscosity composite of 80% DBM and 20% CMC gel. The high viscosity of the putty prevents diffusion and emission outside the implant area making the safest and more convenient way  to use BMP2 by eliminating bone growth outside the designated area. 
Bio BMP2 putty is applied inside and outside the cage or in the bone defect directly and its consistency can keep its shape in location even after rinsing. 
The combination of BMP2+DBM provides high Osteoinductive and Osteoconductive for  fast fusion and bone formation.
Bio BMP2 is converted from CHO cell that has a glycoprotein which is the most similar to human protein. This means high stability and low immune response. Thats why only CHO derived BMP2 has been approved by US FDA for Spinal Fusion.
